Rattil Digital Academy provides live online Quran, Tajweed, and Arabic language lessons for students worldwide.
We reserve the right to modify, improve, or discontinue any service at any time.
3. Free Trial Lesson
New students may be eligible for one free trial lesson. The free lesson is intended to evaluate the student's level and introduce our teaching approach.
Receiving a free trial lesson does not create any obligation to enroll in paid classes.
4. Student Responsibilities
Students agree to:
- Provide accurate information when registering.
- Attend lessons on time.
- Maintain respectful behavior toward teachers and staff.
- Use the online classroom appropriately.
- Ensure they have a stable internet connection and suitable learning environment.
5. Parents and Guardians
Parents or legal guardians are responsible for supervising children during lessons when appropriate and for providing accurate registration information.
6. Lesson Scheduling
Lesson schedules are arranged by mutual agreement between the academy and the student. Requested changes should be communicated as early as possible.
7. Payments
Paid courses, lesson packages, and payment methods will be explained before enrollment. No payment is required for the free trial lesson.
8. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Students who need to cancel or reschedule a lesson should notify the academy at least 24 hours in advance whenever possible. Repeated missed lessons without prior notice may result in the lesson being considered completed.
9. Technical Requirements
Students are responsible for ensuring they have a reliable internet connection, a suitable device, and access to the required software for online lessons. Rattil Digital Academy is not responsible for interruptions caused by the student's internet connection or equipment.
10. Intellectual Property
All educational materials, lesson content, documents, videos, graphics, logos, and website content remain the intellectual property of Rattil Digital Academy unless otherwise stated.
Students may use learning materials for personal educational purposes only and may not reproduce, distribute, or publish them without prior written permission.
11. Limitation of Liability
Rattil Digital Academy strives to provide high-quality educational services. However, we cannot guarantee specific educational outcomes, examination results, or memorization progress, as these depend on each student's individual effort and commitment.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rattil Digital Academy shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or educational services.
